Cruising and Food
I just got back from an awesome cruise. We had a great time relaxing and sun bathing. I did discover something I should have prepared myself for before leaving the house. It was how to handle the huge amounts of food I would be exposed to throughout the trip. Once aboard I was faced with too many food choices. I love to eat and food can be a problem for me if I don’t think ahead. Obviously, it all boiled down to the answer to this one question: How can I manage my calorie intake and still have fun? Sometimes I used self-control but other times I indulged too much. I know now it is important for me to have a plan before leaving my house and sharing that plan with the others traveling with me.
